IPAO takes initiative in education sectors. IPAO focuses on Education and Training Project: A) Technical Education - Technical education is applicable to all and to take all kinds of technical education only on the basis of age, competence and expertise.  IPAO thinks that the family can play a role in the development of the society and the country as a hardworking and deserving person.  Some notable training is mentioned as sewing, driving, electronics, technology, animal husbandry, cottage handicrafts, garments industry, agricultural development etc.  B) Maternal and Child Education - Provides free and basic education and free education for orphans, street children, poor and disadvantaged children.  C) Mosque-centered education - In addition to teaching Arabic (Quran and Hadith) in collaboration with Imams and Muazzins. IPAO provides Bengali, English education and social awareness education to all ages.  In addition, the organization will work with itself or any other organization, government, non-government, any international project for the purpose of making the education rate of the country 100% through adult education, night education etc. For considering the necessities of the poor students, IPAO provides books, notebook, food, dress, laptop, technical accessories and other basic things among 20000 students till now for their development. IPAO also focuses to build new educational institution and emphasizes for classroom. With the skilled trainer, IPAO arranges training and seminar to develop their Computer skills.
